It works individually, I saw the first result only after 2 months, but the product is nice. Natural taste.

I bought Sentum a while ago but only now decided to take it. I liked the supplement and it is something I have never seen before. I saw that they offered a Meal Plan too so I took that, and in combination with the box I was able to lose about 7 kilograms!

First time trying anything like that, and I liked it. I liked the structure of the plan, seemed very straight forward. I would recommend this to people who do not know where to start loosing weight!

I do not break out that much, but I get pimples from time to time. While taking Sentum I have realised that these break outs reduced. I can’t say the dramatically did but I defiantly see a change. Just wish it was faster!

I did not have a big problem with sweets but now I don’t have a singe thought about eating them. I would defiantly recommend this to people, but I feel like if you really can’t stop eating sweets you should consider a bigger pack!

The added help with appetite suppression and possible weight loss was a nice bonus.

I tried repeating the course and I worked out nicely, I thought I would get tired but no! Love it and recommend it! Very tasty and interesting dishes.
