I bought a 6 week supplement box and this is my 5th week of taking them everyday, I do see the change. I was in a dark place where I would just eat sweets through out the day, and this supplement really tents to work. I have also tried switching my diet as Sentum recommended and I feel my better now and even managed to lose some extra weight!
